Q1. I purchased InkSaver and have your receipt, why don't I have my Registration Code yet?
A1. InkSaver Registration Codes are not sent out automatically at present, we will send you your code as soon as possible and certainly within 24 hours.
Q2. Does InkSaver Support Windows
7?
A2. Not at present.
Q3.
Does InkSaver support Vista 64-bit?
A3. Not at present. Currently InkSaver runs on 32-bit versions of Windows only.
Q4. What versions of Windows will
InkSaver run on?
A4. Windows Vista, XP Professional, XP Home and 2000. 32 bit only.
Q5. Where can I find my InkSaver Product Number, User Name, Registration Code?
A5. Open the InkSaver Configuration dialog, either by double clicking on the InkSaver icon on your Windows Taskbar, or by selecting Start > All Programs > InkSaver > InkSaver. Next select the Help ? button then About InkSaver. The details are on the splash screen that opens. See this graphic for more information.
Q6. Why does my existing registration code not work with the InkSaver I downloaded from your site?
A6.
InkSaver registration codes are release specific. The
software that you have downloaded is the new Vista release and is not
enabled by registration codes for previous releases.
Q7. Why won't my existing version of InkSaver run on Vista/Windows7?
A7. InkSaver works at an operating system level. Changes made by Microsoft in the development of new versions of Windows require extensive changes to enable InkSaver to operate.
Q8. The file that I downloaded from your website won't run. Am I doing something wrong?
A8. The file that you downloaded is a zip file and must be unzipped before you can run the InkSaver installer.
Q9. I've lost my copy of InkSaver and/or Registration Code, how do I get it back?
A9. If you are an Ecography customer then you should contact us using the contact form provided here. If you purchased InkSaver from someone else you must contact your supplier. Note that by losing or deleting your copy of InkSaver, without having a back up, you have actually terminated your end user license agreement, which you clicked to accept when you installed the software (this is included at the back of the InkSaver Users Guide,which you can find here).
Q10. What languages is InkSaver supported in?
A10. Ecography provides InkSaver Support in English. We do receive questions in other languages and will make best efforts to answer these, but to do so we need to run your question and our answer through an Internet based translator, so the answer you get might not always be perfect - or what you were expecting! Media Navi provides InkSaver Support in Japanese.

A11. From this website. Click here, download a 15 day free trial and then purchase a registration code to carry on using the software beyond the end of the free 15-day trial.
