InkSaver allows you to control the amount of ink used by your ink jet printer. By reducing the amount of ink that you put onto paper you can actually improve the quality of your print.
No More Soggy Prints
Printing photographs onto speciality photopaper is fine, but if you want to print a photograph onto plain paper, as most people do, you will often get a dark image on an ink sodden page. Because InkSaver reduces the amount of ink that you put onto the paper you get a lighter image and an unsaturated page.
Also, as the Sunflower photographs show, when InkSaver is used and lighter images produced, it is possible to see more background detail.
Better Than Draft Mode
Most printers have a draft mode facility that may use less ink, but usually does so at a lower resolution therefore reducing the quality of the print produced. Using InkSaver you can reduce the amount of ink that is used to print without reducing the resolution or print quality.
Clear Text
Printing black text onto white paper can produce a very stark document. Using InkSaver to reduce the amount of black ink on the paper produces a perfectly legible document that is both easier on the eye and has used significantly less ink.
