Ink Jet Printing
Is Bad For The Environment!
Not because of the ink itself, but because of the plastic cartridges that end up in landfill.
Landfill
Research presented by InfoTrends, at the Ink Jet Printing conference in February 2008, shows that an average of 84% of ink jet cartridges are thrown away when empty, whether they were previously new or re-manufactured. Based on a market size of 246,211,000 cartridges sold in Western Europe in 2007, equivalent to almost 207 Million that were thrown away, which is a lot of landfill.

Recycling
So what of those that sent to be recycled? Unfortunately nearly a third are thrown away, either because they are damaged and not suitable for refill, or because they are from the wrong vendor for the concerned.
How InkSaver Helps The Environment
InkSaver can help, because if you're using less ink, you're using few cartridges, and therefore creating less landfill. That's got to be better for the environment. With InkSaver you can chose how much you save, but it might be as much as 50%, and if everybody used InkSaver then we could reduce the number of ink jet cartridges thrown away by as many as 100 million a year!
Refilled & Re-manufactured Cartridges
If you are using refilled or re-manufactured ink jet cartridges you can make an even bigger contribution to the environment, by using InkSaver as well. InkSaver works with all of the cartridges that are compatible with your printer: whether the original manufacturers; re-manufactured; or refilled.
